  1. Hi grapeguy, In an instance like this, it might be beneficial for you to request a ride-along with a tech at the dealership--that way you can drive them around and point out how the vehicle feels to you, and be sure they understand what you're talking about. Kori Dodge Social Care Specialist

  5. This is a feature that should be readily available on your vehicle. @jkeaton has it right--your Dodge dealership needs to assess this further to find out why the feature is not working! Please let me know if you need assistance making an appointment. Kori Dodge Social Care Specialist
  6. Hi km-04, This is from the Owner's Manual on page 37?--are you able to find this screen? "NOTE: If “Unlock All Doors 1st Push” is programmed all doors will unlock when you grab hold of the driver’s front door handle. To select between “Unlock Driver Door 1st Push” and “Unlock All Doors 1st Push”, refer to “Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC)/Personal Settings (Customer-Programmable Features)” in “Understanding Your Instrument Panel” for further information. To Unlock From The Passenger Side: With a valid Passive Entry RKE transmitter within 5 ft (1.5 m) of the passenger door handle, grab the front passenger door handle to unlock all four doors and the liftgate automatically. NOTE: All doors and the liftgate will unlock when the front passenger door handle is grabbed regardless of the driver’s door unlock preference setting (“Unlock Driver Door 1st Push” or “Unlock All Doors 1st Push”)." Hi davey731, I found a TSB that might address this concern for you. I've included some detailed information below. I would recommend having your local FCA dealership take a look at the vehicle. Let me know if you have any questions! TSB NUMBER: 02-001-13 GROUP: Front Suspension DATE: March 06, 2013 SUBJECT: Noise From Front Of Vehicle Over Bumps Or When Turning OVERVIEW: This bulletin involves replacing the upper front strut bearing to correct the noise. MODELS: 2012-2013 (JC) Journey NOTE: This bulletin applies to vehicles built between December 01, 2011 (MDH 1201XX) and December 05, 2012 (MDH 1205XX). SYMPTOM/CONDITION: The customer may experience a noise from the front upper strut mount going over bumps or when turning. Erica FCA Social Care Specialist
  19. This is the first I have heard of this also. Please keep us posted!
  20. Thanks for posting your resolution! Hopefully this will assist others who may have the same symptoms.
  21. It doesn't look like there are any TSBs related to your concerns. It's good that you have a case open to document your experience. Keep us posted!
  22. Have you had your Charger to a dealership to look at this concern, Rosalyn?
  23. I'm not seeing it on our Mopar online store, however if your vehicle falls within the TSB guidelines your servicing dealership should be able to get the proper part for you.
  24. As jkeaton stated, you are outside of the basic warranty from a mileage standpoint (3 years/36K), so unfortunately this will likely be out of pocket. Do you have anything setup at a dealership yet, Robert?
  25. Unfortunately I'm not finding any TSB's or documented repairs for these symptoms. Has your dealership been able to duplicate this stalling condition at all, richierich?
