  1. As jkeaton recommended, if you tried this troubleshooting and are still experiencing the radio concern you may need to bring it to a dealership for a formal diagnosis. Please keep us posted on what you decide to do!
  2. As suggested above, I would recommend bringing your vehicle back to the dealership. I would definitely also mention that this concern just popped up after the vehicle was previously in for service, as it may simply be something they forgot to do and be a quick fix.
  3. Have you picked up your vehicle yet, Byron? If so, how is it driving?
  4. Congrats, Ron! Post some pics when you get a chance!
  5. Just to echo what others have said, under what conditions are you experiencing this? What's your model year and engine type? Have you had it diagnosed?
  6. Did you turn the vehicle off before exiting, Scott? If so, was the dealership able to duplicate what you experienced?
  7. luckydaddy85, I recommend bringing your vehicle to an FCA dealership for a formal diagnosis. Please feel free to reach out if you would like assistance in scheduling an appointment. Either way, be sure to keep us posted!
  8. Bjackrel, Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any TSBs related to your concern. I would recommend bringing your vehicle to an FCA dealership for a formal diagnosis.

  14. Hi debbielop, Is the vehicle currently experiencing any of these concerns? Also, when the vehicle has not started for you, do you know if there were any trouble codes present?
  15. I’m happy to hear that you’re having this positive experience with your dealership. We always want to hear honest feedback about our dealerships, good and bad. When all is said and done, I encourage you to send me a review of the dealership so I can forward it along so that the dealership can be recognized for their good work. Feel free to let me know if I can be of any further assistance!
  16. Hi Corey, What type of engine do you have? Also, what concerns are you currently experiencing?
  17. Hi Shawna, As jkeaton and Lobitz68 recommended, you should bring your vehicle back to the FCA dealership and try to ride with them in order to show them your concern directly. Also, as bigtsr said, the remote start system may not work if your fuel tank is low. I would have the dealership take a look at that as well because there are multiple possibilities as to why your remote start may have shut down: Low fuel lamp on or at fuel level of telltale lamp on. Low Voltage below 11 V High Voltage above 16 V Key in Ignition Doors or hood are opened before remote unlock Hazard Switch depressed Panic or theft alarm active Brake applied A prior remote start cranked the engine , but failed to start the engine Battery voltage NOT in the normal range High (run away) or Low Idle (stall) RPM MIL Active High Engine Coolant Temperature Low Engine Oil Pressure Remote start allows a maximum of two starts per ignition off cycle; cycling the ignition resets
  18. Hi taraevansin98, Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your concern. First, is your radio software up to date? You can check that here: https://www.driveuconnect.com/software-update/ If your software is current, I recommend letting an FCA dealership formally diagnose your vehicle. Please feel free to PM me your VIN, contact info, and dealership info so I can look into this situation further as well.
