  1. annarbor, Any update on this? Walt Elliott, Have you had the sensor replaced yet? If so, is all working well now?
  2. Hi JRodMTB, I am DodgeCACares U.S. counterpart. Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this concern. Is your vehicle currently with you or at the dealership? If you would like to PM me your VIN, I can look into this further for you.
  3. Excedrin1997, Do you have the latest software installed on your Uconnect system? If not, that could be causing the issue. If you are unsure, you can check here: https://rsur.extra.chrysler.com/rsur/Uconnect.do Let me know and I can try to assist further. Regarding your fuse question, there is a screengrab attached below showing the listed radio fuse. The fuse cavity is F128 and the mini-fuse is 15 Amp Blue.
  4. The issue is vehicle specific and doesn't apply to all DJ's, either AWD or FWD, so I recommend taking your vehicle to a dealership to be formally diagnosed. It could turn out to be a similar issue, but it also could be something completely separate.
  5. patelajit, There is a TSB that may apply to your issue. TSB# 08-010-14. If your software level is below 14.02, you may need to upgrade that first. If this TSB does indeed pertain to your cruise control issue, the repair involves upgrading the software for the Steering Column Control Module. I have a screenshot of the TSB attached below.
  6. Travel Link displaying "No Data Available" looks like a documented issue that requires a new radio to repair. If you take your vehicle to a dealership, they should be able to order a new radio and resolve the issue.
  7. Steve I am sorry you are getting conflicting diagnoses on your vehicle. What are your specific symptoms and the current mileage on your vehicle?
  8. I am sorry you are experiencing an issue with your new Journey. Please keep us posted on the dealer's findings.
  9. If you have a concern, then have the dealer at least check it out. Regina U.S. Top Care Chrysler Group LLC
  10. I am sorry to hear your vehicle continues to have a battery issue. Contacted your dealer to provide assistance in issue.
  11. Did you have your keys next to your cell phone or a speed pass? Sometimes this may cause interference with the key fob.
  12. Follow the maintenance guidelines in the owner's manual.
