Appalachian Journey got a reaction from mojo in Dodge Journey service manual 2009-2011 and 2012-2016
Thanks for the manual mojo.

Appalachian Journey got a reaction from Dodgems in From base to loaded in _ _ simple steps!
“minor project balloon into a major overhaul”
I used to tear into stuff with enthusiasm. Now I’m leaning toward short term leases.

Appalachian Journey got a reaction from My Journey With DJ in Reliability
211,000. It’s been demoted, rolls much less now.

Appalachian Journey got a reaction from Armando G in Highest Mileage Journey... Who's in it for the long haul?
211,000 miles. Second string now so the climb is slower. No major repairs. Evaporator is leaking. I’ll probably replace the heater core too while the dash is off. Been a good car.

Appalachian Journey got a reaction from John/Horace in Charger EV with a simulated exhaust note mmm.
The car looks nice but the artificial sound is cheesy. It should sell okay for a couple years but it’s a car and people want SUV’s. I hear there’s a new Durango coming and a smaller rebadged Alfa ute. If either sell poorly Dodge may be done.

Appalachian Journey got a reaction from My Journey With DJ in 7 years of great ownership
Nice.
330,000 km / 205,000 mi on my '09.
I agree about features. Too bad for buyers FCA discontinued it. Jeeps and Rams.

Appalachian Journey got a reaction from John/Horace in Brake switch for trailer brakes
Surge brakes are an option.

Appalachian Journey got a reaction from John/Horace in Looking for new headlight assembly
I replaced the hazed originals with Chinese knockoffs from eBay. Halogen. About $100 USD each. Light pattern is good to my eye. Still clear after three years.

I stopped backing up years ago. What’s behind me is not important.
-
Appalachian Journey got a reaction from 5rebel9 in Ipod to usb dongle
5rebel9 I bought a cheap Bluetooth adapter that plugs into the 3.5mm hole. Works well enough.
-
Appalachian Journey got a reaction from Summer Solstice in Hemi swap
Why not one of the V6 engines? Find a donor car that’s been smashed in the rear. If you’re determined to keep your Journey.
-
Appalachian Journey got a reaction from 2late4u in Fuel Type
At the website below enter your Journey's VIN, click search. After a few seconds a document should open. Keyword search "flex". You may have to install a pdf reader on your computer/phone.

Appalachian Journey got a reaction from John/Horace in VW pull start...cool.
High school buddy had an old headlights behind glass type. Barely enough heat to melt frost off half the windshield. Smoked like a mosquito fogger. A ragged out, rusted death trap. It was great.
