Too much at stake with only one engineer humanoid. I hope Robo-Johan not insulted.😎
Marine navigation pilot and tugs the next billion dollar question. Or better backup systems. Although the people involved did well in the minutes they had.

You were told timing belt was changed? Neither the 2.4 nor the 3.6 have a belt, it’s a chain.
Very involved  and expensive repair. If not done properly it could run rough. Or was it the surpentine belt that drives alternator pwr steering etc.
Always start with checking for codes when diagnosing.

What ones quit high or low beams/ all four? Does the car have automatic headlights? Any recent work on the front end or swapped in LED bulbs?
I've got 3 DJ's and only had a singular low beam bulb quit and it was the bulb.

A broken wire in the harness can cause strange issues as they can occasionally make contact and work...
I had to replace the harness

I completed the maintenance work over the last couple of days and the 300+ mile drive back to IL went without a hitch.  I average 23.3 mpg at, let's just say *quick* speeds, (according to the Fuel Economy reading on the IC) on the last 200 miles - I reset it after my last fill-up.  That was about 2mpg better than I saw on the drive from IL to MI before all the work.  Granted, that's a small sample size for comparison.

Here are some pictures of what was done...

Old vs. New air filter.  I couldn't read the make of the old (original??) air filter, but the new one is an AC Delco.  I like the additional pleats vs the old one.

In looking at how-to videos on removing the upper intake manifold to access the spark plugs, the ones I found talk about completely removing the rear intake bellow (somewhat under the cowl, between the throttle body and the upper intake manifold) first, and having to remove coolant hoses, etc. to make room to slide it out.  I actually found it easier to move that bellows off of the TB and move it just a little back to access that last upper intake manifold bolt that is hidden by it, and then remove the upper intake manifold first.  Then that bellow comes out easily and completes access spark plugs on the rear cylinder bank.

The spark plugs were the OE Champion, and I used NGK Iridiums as replacements.  Here are the old plugs, and a comparison of an old and new plug.

I also rotated the tires and bled the brakes.  While bleeding the brakes, I noticed the rear brake pads were getting low, so I went ahead and changed them.

While I had the upper intake manifold off, I took a picture down of the back of the intake valves.  They look pretty good/clean.  Again, my in-laws' Journey had ~57k miles on it at this point.

I also removed the platform running boards they had on there (they are hurting, more than helping, access at this point of their mobility).

Let's see, what else...I topped off the coolant and power steering fluids.  Oh, and I replaced the serpentine belt, its tensioner and idler pulley, as well - with the car being 10yrs old and the belt being original, it was just a preventive measure at this mileage.

Another item - the lower seat side trim piece on the passenger side had been broken loose from repeated entry/exit to the seat.  I found a way to use a hole on the seat frame and a trim panel clip to drill a 5/16" hole and secure that trim piece.  Aside from having to live with the appearance of the trim clip, it holds that plastic piece securely and works for us.  I'll get a picture of that later today and post it.

    The 09-10 DJ have problems
    with the under hood power
    box (tipm).

If your tipm is the original.
    I would look into this.

    Search YouTube on 2009-10

YES, the TIPM/FUSE PANEL unit MAY be the problem, but I'm still trying to figure out if it is just the main key fob he uses or both. IF just the one, it would be a bad fob circuit board.

Have YOU actually had YOUR vehicle scanned? YES OR NO
I have an automotive background and assist my Independent repair shop owner on tough diagnostics {I'm not always right, but we manage to find the problem somehow together}.
Also knowing how the systems work, I've only experienced this particular lights happening as they are designed to do when the car senses lost traction or stability in nasty snowy weather.
YES there COULD be a problem stemming from a bad TIPM/FUSE PANEL....but there are many possible causes to this situation, there is NO SINGULAR "here's your fix answer unless you want to start shooting the parts cannon. PROPER vehicle diagnostics go a long way and a full scan will shorten the "journey" to a fix.

Unfortunately on any owner based forum, many problems are posted, but a lot do not come back and say definitely what the fix was or involved.

quit worrying about what others tell you about their problems/solution,,, get it checked with a high quality scanner for codes, does seem to be a problem that cleaning the throttle body doesn't usually  fix it, get an OEM unit with new gaskets if you want to throw parts at it OR have a dealership diagnose the problem and LET them fix it yes more expensive but probably cheaper in  the long run

I've stated twice what needs to be done about scanning for codes. You do NOT need to go to a dealer for this as the cost is prohibitive. I have a scanner that will do such and have available to ME even higher level scan tools thru a friend who runs an Independent repair shop. I normally do not recommend using DEALERS or FRANCHISE repair centers as they charge way too much.Find yourself a GOOD Independent shop from family, friends or coworkers. to have them scan for codes to determine what is going on. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY AROUND IT.

    4 cylinder motor????
what level scanner do you use?
You may need to go above basic OBDII  reader and use one that can read CAN/BUS for body control/abs/srs codes. You may have something going on with wheel speed sensors or such that is triggering trac. control first, that will put engine into limp mode and turn on the throttle body warning light.

well it could be several problems ,bad throttle body or dirty, or could be a accelerator pedal sensor going bad,or many other things such as wire shorting out,,,you might start with cleaning the throttle body unit..check out YouTube videos more more info on how to do it or take it to a garage and let them check it out...good luck I am sure others will chime in soon maybe with more help........P.S. when asking for help it would be great if you gave us more info like which engine you have and the mileage of the journey and what kind of service has it rec over its lifetime

You have been posting  to an existing topic that is already in the "proper" forum section. Go back  to the main section that this topic thread is on and read the ones that relate to your concern. You do NOT need to be 2015 year specific for this concern, the system is pretty much the same from 2016 and BACK.

Another vague post....no info but want a fix 3.6 2.4 who knows??
You also have a "gas cap" symbol lit up along with check engine so you obviously have an issue and a scan of the codes would certainly help diagnosing your issues
    Keyboard mechanics can't help much

When were the plugs last changed? 2.4's need the plugs changed often and make sure the correct ones are used that would be a cheap place to start if it hasn't been done
