Kiara t Posted March 19 Report Share Posted March 19 Hi ! I have had my aircon fading in and out for about a month, I notice the lights dimmed at the same time my aircon would fade. Went to get this checked was told battery or alternator. new battery nope same issue, one week past now the stereo is going on and off, two days go by now the car turns off and dash board lit up like Christmas tree and the speedo is dropping (not the speed ) Turns car back on, all normal again days go by happens again, book in alternator. Dean H Posted March 20 Report Share Posted March 20  I agree Larry.  The Journey needs better ground cables from the chassis to engine block.  First check and clean your stock battery ground system. Tighten all connections.  These cable up grades will work.  Battery, I went 2 gauge cable from battery chassis stud to engine block.  Passenger chassis ground stud to engine block. 6 gauge cable.  I would start here doing this.  Dean Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
