Woah322 got a reaction from jkeaton in Signal Lights
Most cars usually go by time not distance for reminders

Woah322 reacted to bfurth in Signal Lights
More than likely, that won't do anything. Those turn signal warnings are typically for when the vehicle has travelled at some combination of distance, time, and speed. Sitting in the driveway is no different than waiting at an extraordinarily long red light.

And there it is. Page 231 of the '15 Owner's Manual (I know, strange place to find this information, isn't it?)
A “Turn Signal On” message will appear in the Electronic
Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) and a continuous
chime will sound if the vehicle is driven more
than 1 mile (1.6 km) with either turn signal on.

Woah322 got a reaction from rolly in 3.6 oil filters
It changed for 2014 and newer Penstar 3.6 motors. The filter from 11,12.13 would fit a 2014 and most people don't realize the difference until they have no oil pressure and have issues cause they used the wrong filter. Basiclly just a tab added to the bottom of the filter

I have yet to see any reason to take the chance of breaking it to clean without having a issue with it

Why would you weld and cut the bumper when you could easily just bolt one on without any modification

Woah322 reacted to onecrazyfoo4u in When Deer Attack
Well if you're going to hit a deer, at least make sure you kill it so you can eat it! You have to get revenge somehow!
Luckily it doesn't look like the door was damaged, maybe just scratched? Looks like a new fender, headlight, and bumper cover are in the works though. That sucks man...nothing like tanting your brand new vehicle.

Woah322 got a reaction from rolly in Any happy Journey owners out there???
Put 50K on mine before it was totaled with no problems ever. Changed the oil, tires and brakes. Never a trip back to the dealer and nothing ever broke or went wrong. Surprised at its reliability and how dependale it was, hence the reason I went out and bought another DJ. I was was putting 3k a miles a month, mostly hard mileage, city life, stop and go, and trailer towing, my DJ outperformed me, recommended it to everybody.

SXT = Hero. No difference.

Should be a warranty matter - give your dealership a call to schedule an appointment to have it replaced.

Woah322 reacted to SSwest in New cargo trailer is home
Hi Byron, I recently picked up a 6x12 v-nose enclosed trailer as well and I had a few questions for you. What were your trans temps running through your elevation changes? My oil stayed cool as long as I kept the coolant temps cool, but my trans temps were a bit toasty on several of my grades. I do not have the tow prep package. I was averaging 12mpg so your mpg sounds right. It's not so much the weight as it's pushing so much wind. Here's mine. First post by the way. Hello.

I come from a world of tuner cars, mostly Nissan and Subaru. I was stationed in Japan for 16.5 years while serving in the Navy. Wife convinced me to buy something more practical....
I love my Journey...but I can never leave well enough alone...
Added WeatherTech Window Vent Visors, WeatherTech Front Deflector, Tinted the front windows and a banner added to the windshield. I also had some Nerf bars powder coated black and added today.
Still toying with the idea of lowering it a bit with the H&R springs and having a Magnaflow added....
