  1. Mr. Burns, Happy to hear your dealer got things sorted out with the transmission. Do you suspect something is overheating now?
  2. Devin Riches, If you shoot me a PM with the last 8 characters of your VIN, I can check the sales codes of your vehicle to verify the equipment on your Journey and capabilities.
  3. Sheldon Doyle, Contact your local Dodge dealer if you continue to have problems. They are a great resource and can help you with this.

    Hi!

RamRod78, Welcome to the forum! I've found everyone here to be extremely helpful and beyond friendly.
  5. George Stampoulos, Welcome to the forum. Have you had the opportunity to trouble shoot? Is this issue outstanding?
  6. Repp, Welcome to the forum. I recommend bringing this to the attention of your servicing Dodge dealer, they will test the system for any internal faults. Please keep us posted with the results if possible.
  7. Peter Bucciarelli, Welcome to the forum. Can you provide a bit more detail about your Journey? Year/Model?
  8. miker14, Welcome to the forum and congrats on your Journey! I would agree with Lobitz68 and suggest visiting your local Dodge dealer to verify what your add-on Bluetooth options are.
  9. 13DODGE, I've responded to your PM, please review and let me know when you have a chance. To clarify though, the wheel bearings in this case are not part of the 5 year/100,000 KM Powertrain warranty.
  10. rickbart, Congrats on your Journey and welcome aboard!
  11. Sarah Peters, Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new Journey. As mentioned above, you should be bringing your vehicle back to your selling dealer for an inspection and repairs. Please keep us posted with the results after your visit.
  12. Gas Man, Thanks for sharing the feedback, good info. for the next person that may run into the same situation.
  13. Mysty2, Thanks for the update, happy to hear the radio issue was sorted. I've also sent you a PM with some useful info. Cheers!
  14. Mysty2, I couldn't confirm for sure if the issue happens with other models for the same reason as the Journey, however as some systems are shared, it is possible.
  15. Mysty2, Each and every warranty repair is examined to determine the failure rate of any one component. The facts and figures in terms of warranty claims aren't published however I can assure you there is no advantage to the manufacturer by not addressing these kinds of patterns.
  16. Mysty2, Sorry to hear you're having issues with the nav., these types of problems can be frustrating. Keep us posted if you can.
  17. Brians S, Do you find the leak is present after visiting different car washes or one in particular? Could be a misaligned seal or something to that effect. Keep us posted.
  18. BrianS, Happy to hear things are moving in the right direction. Water leaks can sometimes be attributed to plugged drain tubes, have you had a chance to verify? If not, has your dealer performed an inspection?
  19. Mr.Burns, Happy to hear all is going well with your Journey. To me, the 3.6L V6 Pentastar engine coupled with AWD capabilities really puts the Journey a cut above! A true Canadian heavy hitter for our winters.
  20. Brian S, If you have any concerns about driving your vehicle to your Dodge service facility, have Roadside Assistance tow you instead (# 1-800-363-4869). You may invest in a code reader however this isn't terribly useful unless you're going to be repairing your vehicle yourself. The Service dept. is going to go straight to scanning for any diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) anyhow. Keep us posted if you can.
  21. chong, Keep us posted after your visit if you can. Thanks!
  22. chong, Welcome to the forum! I'd be inclined to think it may be sensor related however, your dealer will determine what's really going on. Please keep us posted.
  23. troysampson, Welcome to the forum. I'd recommend the same thing as with jaymista, have your Journey inspected. Keep us posted if you can.
  24. rolly, Great find ! These trailers would be great for Journeys with lower towing ratings (so long as they meet the requirements).
  25. BrianS, That's great, congrats!! I'll be excited to see the pics.
