Why would you tint your taillights? So people can see you stopping less?

The local tint shop I use ( Ontario Canada ) also uses the thicker film. Almost like a rubber and it looked great on another vehicle he showed me.When we had our headlight covers done it looked like you had to know what you were doing. Maybe not a job to tackle yourself ? Looks like your journey is begging for a little tint on its front windows too Ha Ha

Yes I have a 16 Ram 1500 and 15 Dodge Journey for the wife. The Alfaobd has many great features. I have removed seatbelt chime, changed the acceleration factor, switched from the halogen headlight settings to LED. Also have recalibrated the speedo due to larger tire. There’s another setting too for windows down with key fob which worked great too. It’s a great app inexpensive and well worth the money. I have activated a rear backup camera no need for a dealer etc. I’m surprised that more people don’t know about it. If you are having trouble connecting it then I agree I believe a bypass cable is needed for newer models 17 and up?

Easy solution purchase an ozone machine place it in the car for 1hr and let it air out and repeat if needed. These ozone machines will kill all living organisms so keep away from people, pets and plants.

They sell 2” spacers for the struts as a lift on eBay and Amazon. As far as ride quality goes who knows how it will actually ride.

A simple fix to this is just get the alfaobd app and set the new wheels and tires to recalibrate the speedo. There’s no need to get all worked up on the issue it’s a simple fix guys.

I agree it’s not needed on a pentastar Dodge Journey v6 but I bought one for my Ram 1500 hemi. At first I purchased a pedal commander for $300 it stopped working after a month returned it. I bought an off brand eBay model which does the same thing minus the Bluetooth feature and it was $80 dollars!!!!

My wife and I have a 2018 crossroad with the 3.6L and here is a full intake kit. I've did a ton of searching and no one makes a intake kit for the journey with the 3.6L, however one company didnt realize they had one that would work. The heat shield just needs to be made taller and it would be perfect!! Noticed a substantial gain in throttle response and slight improvement on mpg in the city, if you take it easy that is. Oh and zero check engine lights after the install, it has been on for nearly 500miles now and no issues.

These work well, you will be impressed. I have one on my Ram truck. Moes Performance has them listed at $299. But if you use the code PC10 at checkout it will knock off another $30. $269 shipped!!

You’re  now going into a whole different subject yes noise will be an issue, but emissions will pass as long as your cats are in this is in California. The point Armando so everybody knows is in CA you can modify your exhaust as long as cats are in, but aftermarket mufflers are the best option to keep the noise level down so you won’t get a citation for the noise.

I live in California you can remove anything you want as long as your catalytic convertors are left in place hence the name catback exhaust systems. So if you want a straight pipe after your catalytic convertor its fine smog will pass besides you'll know its legal because no licensed shop will remove your catalytic convertor since it is illegal for them to do so if they arn't replacing them.

after changing the temperature sensor, we found the resistance of the problem fan and also the reservoir cap that was opening the safety valve before the pressure.
