Well, now in NY you will fail inspection with tinted windows. The inspector uses a tool to measure the tint on drivers and passenger doors. If you are darker than factory you fail.

Looking good, I had the front tint done and added tint to the rears to make them black. Now all match real nice.

A K&N is a great filter. It is less restricting and will possibly increase MPG's. I have one on each of three cars and my Harley. Once you have the cleaner and oil it is effortless to clean and can last 50,000 miles between cleaning.

An increase of 10 mpg just by using sport shift....suuurrreeee......along with your performance chip, make sure you throw in one of those electric superchargers. You'll probably increase by 50 MPG!!!
Do a little research and you will see those "chips" are nothing but a resister that tricks the IAT into thinking the incoming air is colder than it is and it increases the fuel mixture (runs richer). You "may" feel a bit of an increasse in power simply because of the extra fuel, but the computer will quickly re-learn and you will be right back where you started. You can go buy a resister at radioshack for 25 cents and make your own to test it out if you really want to. The only true way to "tune" these engines is with a tuner, SCT, Diablo, Superchips, etc. Unfortunately, none are made for the DJ.

The K&N is for the Journey is $59.00 and lasts a lifetime. I put one in almost every car I owned. It improves MPG slightly breathes better for longer and the cleaning once a year or two depending on conditions is easy. I also use them on my Harleys.

My factory radio sounds pretty good. It sounds like there is a sub. Where is the sub located in the car if there was one. I have a 2016
    Crossroads.

I do my oil changes using Mobil 1 and use the OEM filters I buy for around $24.00 a 3 pack.

I had the same complaint and the service advisor acknowledged it as common. He said they adjust the rear door latch a hair inward to tighten
    the door seal.

I have but don't use the emergence brake. All I have to do is bump the hood latch and The hood pops up.

No one is fully informed with the Mopar vehicles. Not the repair people or the sales people. There was an access built in the trunk for the fuel tank in the Sebring. If the fuel pump went bad it could be replaced without dropping the tank. How did I find out? Dropped the tank and there it was. The dealer service department I have to deal with is sad.

I have 3000 miles now and the wrinkles in my seats are getting worse. I buy a new car every four years and have for 30+ years and this is by far the biggest piece of crap I ever bought. No not just because of the seats.

I'm talking a cold engine not cold outside. Does it in 50 degree weather. Not being caused by driving or moving the car. The noise is at idle. Engine runs real quiet after that.

I hear you and thanks. I can't however force a repair without a tsbs including 2016 in it. Sucks I only have 1500 miles on it. I also have a leather seat cracking problem,

I have a whine when I start my DJ when engine is cold. It's a 16 DJ Crossroads with the six cylinder engine. The noise fades away after it gets warm. Seems like its a bearing on one of the pulley's driven by the belt. Anyone else have the same problem. Thanks, John

Our last vehicle we owned was a 2005 T&C. Did love the power sliding doors and the power lift gate. Owning a DJ sure is cooler but the van had a lot of interior room especially with the stow away seating.

DHH3, your 2014 is the car you did the brake flasher on I guess? Was the third brake light LED and did it have a two wire male clip with two thin wires one white / green and one black. I have three inches of wire to work with at the body hole for the light. Planned on prying off the trim above the tailgate inside for the wiring but wanted to get it straight first. I have one chance to make it right as the splices need to be installed and the power needs to be correct to feed the brake blinker control. Then the hot needs to be cut between the splices. The installation is simple but I want to be sure so i'm not out in the garage soldering a mistake back together on a car with 1000 miles on it. I do appreciate your help. I work on buildings and have owned and built Harley's and hotrods since I was 16 but auto wiring in new cars is new to me. Thanks

I pulled the third brake light on my 2016 DJ. Neither wire feeding the light tests out to ground at 12v so I don't know which is hot. Funny thing is there is a reading between the two wires feeding the light of 21. Thought my tester was good. One wire is Blue/black and the other green/white. Any ideas would be appreciated.
