  1. I think the lamp assemblies are the same for all years, with the exception of the inside either being black or chrome.
  2. My Dodge Nitro and my DJ actuator motors can/could be heard whirring even after they sat/sit for a while. The gears on the actuators that open and close the doors which direct the air flow are made of plastic. So, your gears may be misaligned or broken/worn on at least one of the doors.
  3. This may sound dumb, but are your calipers installed correctly?
  4. Check your oil level. Is it higher than normal? How much coolant are you loosing each time you are checking it? If it is a small amount, the exhaust may not be white (steam)
  5. https://moparonlineparts.com/mop-parts/#parts I believe that this is for the 8.4 screen. The picture appears to be a 4.3 screen, but in the description it says 8.4 5064993AI If you google the part number, it does come up with the 8.4 display. This is the newest number which superceeds all the older P/N.
  6. I have the Mopar hitch as does Journeyman425. Mine is identical to his, and he has a picture of his on the forum. All of the DJs that I have seen with a hitch look like mine; the hitch bars are very visible. I think that they are designed this way because of the position of the spare tire. A little more room may have allowed for a "Hidden Hitch" where only the receiver is visible. The Trailer Tow Group only adds the engine oil cooler and a harness thrown into the back of the car. Look under your car and see if you have a harness with a bluish end, terminating between the back of the spare tire and the valence panel. The harness that the factory throws into the back of the car plugs into this bluish plug. For some reason my 3.6 came with the engine oil cooler and the harness which terminates behind the spare tire. I did not have the other harness with all of the relays hooked to it thrown into the back of the car. So, my window sticker did not show Trailer Tow Group. I found the harness and hitch on ebay, so now I basically have the Factory Trailer Tow Group. Journeyman425 added the TTG Sales Code for me. All my Dealer had to do was to install the harness with all the relays, the hitch, and active the Sales Code.
  7. My garage is attached to my house. The hook for my keys is in the kitchen, which is attached to the garage; about 20' through one wall. I always get the "No Key Detected" error message if I forget the FOB. As mentioned: do you have another FOB somewhere in the car, or sitting somewhere in the proximity of where you park your car?
  8. Amen, brother to this problem. Problem solved. This thread should now be locked, IMHO!
  9. It can't be the deeper dish of the Crossroad rims because I highly doubt that the Crossroad would get its own unique front calipers. Something else is going on here, which I find very odd.
  10. Since you are adding coolant to the overflow tank, and it is not returning as it should; and, you mentioned overheating, you may have blown a head gasket. The coolant will be burned in the combustion chamber, and go out the exhaust pipe. If this is what is happening, you will never see a leak. I'd get a compression check on both cylinder heads. You have 24 valves, but only SOHC. Odd duck as most multi-valve engines are DOHC. Depending on how bad the gasket is blown, you may notice a decrease in power. Using the AC will make the engine work harder; therefore, more coolant will be lost through the head gasket. Depending on where it is blown, and on what side of the cylinder head, this problem could remain "as is" or slowly get worse.
  11. When are people going to get the fact that the car manufacturer does NOT warranty the tires? It falls back on the Tire Manufacturer. This lame idiot should have taken his DJ to a Khumo Dealer and gotten a pro-rated warranty swap on a new set of tires. Jeesh. I know that he will never read this, but it may help someone who will.
  12. FYI If you compare the Crossroad Hyperblack Rims with all the other 19" DJ Rims, there is a slightly deeper dish. This would push the tire out from the center of the rim. This still does not explain the rubbing on the caliper, unless the Crossroad gets a different set of front calipers, which would seem unlikely to me. Do you have the big or small calipers? I do not know what year that the DJ went to the bigger calipers. Are the 2012 rims you have still offered on the new DJs or were they replaced with something else?
  13. Make sure the wire harness to the mirror is plugged in tightly. Try unplugging it, and plugging it back in.
  14. Excellent idea. You never stated that you already had the rims in your initial post. You could have asked the tire shop just to mount a rim in his shop.
  15. Welcome to the forum. Good looking in black.
  16. I only had the rear cargo mat. I put it in the trash. Bad move. The only Weathertech mats which seem to be working are the front row. The second, third rows and cargo mat are NOT holding their shape. Really flimsy. They used to be made of thicker material. I learned my lesson: I'll never buy Weathertech again.
  17. If you already have 19" rims, they should fit. When they went to the bigger front calipers, as far as I know there have been no changes
  18. Thank you for the update. You got your problem fixed, and we have tips on what to look for if this should happen to us. Were you able to return the refurbished one?
  19. If Trump or Clinton get elected, Hell just might freeze over!
  20. In the US, the Factory Warranty does not cover the tires. She will have to go to Khumo and see if she can get a credit. Of course, she would have to buy another set of Khumos, but not necessarily the same ones that come from the Factory. Goodyear did this for me on one of my Jeeps.
  21. It's nice to hear about good things concerning FCA. All we usually hear about are gripes!
  22. As I stated above, there could be a bad cell in your battery. The battery will check out fine, but you will continue to go through this.
  23. Mine has never thrown a code with the addition of an amp and sub.
  24. You will need an aftermarket harness that plugs into the back of the radio. Cut this harness, and do your wiring; then plug the other end of the harness into the one that was plugged into the back of the radio.
