No joy on the door situation there Kori.
This is a feature that should be readily available on your vehicle. @jkeaton has it right--your Dodge dealership needs to assess this further to find out why the feature is not working! Please let me know if you need assistance making an appointment.

I have the keyless entry on my vehicle. When I grab the handle on the driver's door, just that door unlocks. I then have to open the door and hit the unlock button for others to enter the vehicle. However, if I grab the passenger door handle, all of the doors unlock. I tried to see if there was a setting I could change but it was not available in the EVIC. Can this just not be done from the driver's door?
Hi km-04,
This is from the Owner's Manual on page 37?--are you able to find this screen?
"NOTE: If “Unlock All Doors 1st Push” is programmed all doors will unlock when you grab hold of the driver’s front door handle. To select between “Unlock Driver Door 1st Push” and “Unlock All Doors 1st Push”, refer to “Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC)/Personal Settings (Customer-Programmable Features)” in “Understanding Your Instrument Panel” for further information. To Unlock From The Passenger Side: With a valid Passive Entry RKE transmitter within 5 ft (1.5 m) of the passenger door handle, grab the front passenger door handle to unlock all four doors and the liftgate automatically. NOTE: All doors and the liftgate will unlock when the front passenger door handle is grabbed regardless of the driver’s door unlock preference setting (“Unlock Driver Door 1st Push” or “Unlock All Doors 1st Push”)."

So recently I've been getting a weird mystery rattle in the dash.. close to the windshield in the center. It sounds like plastic, but applying pressure to any of the dash panels doesn't make it go away while driving. When I lean closer it sounds like it's coming from INSIDE the dash area, but it's very constant. Last night I went through and removed everything from the glove box, bottom storage cubby, anything that might be causing the problem that isn't part of the car and it's still there.
Is anyone else experiencing this? My DJ is a 2017 Crossroad Plus, and it has about 18k on it now. I know this sounds like a little thing, but it is driving me NUTS!!! Thanks!
Hi lmoore1436,
Please feel free to reach out to us in a PM with your VIN if we can help schedule an appointment at your Dodge dealership to have this checked out.

My wife's 2011 journey with 4 cyl engine and automatic transmission with about 60K miles on it has been giving us increasing troubles over the last year. The transmission seems to slip or miss when accelerating, but only around 45 to 55 mph; also it never slips when you really lean on it (like to pass in a tight spot) but pretty much only when accelerating slowly. It has been getting worse over time. Anyone heard of this issue before, and if so what was the fix? I've not had the trans fluid/filter changed on this car yet, and while it is probably time for that I am not sure just this would be the issue. Thanks for any help.
Hi Ibeerkir--has your powertrain warranty already expired? If you're having concerns with the transmission, you can visit your dealership for full diagnosis.

Hello All!
At the end of April we just purchased my first Dodge ever, a 2015 DJ SXT at 15000 (now at 19k) miles with the 3.6L and 6 speed and so far I have been very impressed with this vehicle.
Unfortunately I have not been too impressed by how the transmission shifts.
It seems to take forever for 4th gear to fully engage, and when it does the car shudders a little.
Also when shifting from 4th to 5th and 5th to 6th the RPM's on the tach increase by approximately 500. It is enough to hear the engine speed up, almost like keeping slight pressure on the throttle when pushing in the clutch (if it was a manual).
My in-laws own a 2015 Chrysler T&C with the 3.6L and 6 speed, and the other day I was able to drive it and noticed that vehicle did something similar as my DJ when shifting into 4th and the slight increase in RPM's when shifting from 4th to 5th (did not notice it in 5th to 6th).
I have never driven another vehicle that shifted like this one, and wondered if it is a "feature" of this transmission or do I have problems brewing?
Looking forward to hearing from the community!
Hi nnngn_zero,
While your Journey was at the dealership, were you able to do a ride along or replicate the shifting concern for the service advisor or tech? Those can be really helpful in determining what they may need to do to fix the problem.

The other day I was running some errands with the wife, this is her car, I only drive it maybe once or twice a week. We stopped by the carwash place to pick up the splash guards they got for us (one broke while using their carwash and they replaced the whole set for free). While I was sitting in the car, idling in park, waiting for her to come back, it started idling real rough. She got back in and I was like WTF is this. She stated it had been doing that for a week or so (thanks for telling me!!). I pulled out and it was running real sluggish and rough but then it cleared up and I didn't think anything else of it. The next morning she got in to go to work and the CEL came on right when she started it. Checked the code that evening. There is one dealer within 50 miles of me and they can't get us in until next Monday. I am parking it until then. If it is the cylinder head, I don't want to cause further damage. We have 6 vehicles, so we are not inconvenienced by not having it to drive.
Please let us know how the diagnostics go, and let me know if I can provide any additional support.

I'll post the code when I get the scanner tomorrow. I contacted the dealership I bought it from, it might still be under the powertrain warranty. I should get a call tomorrow. Hopefully I can get this sorted soon. Although I don't plan on taking this to it, I have a funeral to attend about 5 hours away and don't want to leave my wife and kids with it like this.
If you end up taking the vehicle to the dealer and need assistance, let me know. - Kevin T, Social Connect Team

Having the same issue in a 2014 Journey I purchased recently from Carmax.
I am looking to explore a fix before just taking it in to replace the radio.
Other than the Nav problem I love the vehicle.
Have you had the chance to take it to the dealer for diagnosis? – Kevin T, Social Connect Team

I need help in order to find where the brake code is listed for a 2012 dodge journey. I cant seem to find any online resource that will tell me by vin or anything. Its a choice between BRF or BR3 it seems.
Hey CarRamrod,If you’d like to PM your VIN, I can check the sales code for you.KoriDodge Social Care Specialist -
Welcome to the forum! The first thing I would recommend is ensuring that your Uconnect software is current. You can check for that here: https://www.driveuconnect.com/software-update/- Jack, Dodge Social Care Specialist

Same issue with driver side door passive entry stopped working but passanger side was fine.
Took it in and they found that the RF module is damaged for the driver side only and needs replacing.
Thank god still in warranty.
Thanks for posting your resolution! Hopefully this will assist others who may have the same symptoms.

Have you had your Charger to a dealership to look at this concern, Rosalyn?

As jkeaton stated, you are outside of the basic warranty from a mileage standpoint (3 years/36K), so unfortunately this will likely be out of pocket. Do you have anything setup at a dealership yet, Robert?

Hopefully this fix permanently takes care of it for you, Ksweds! As bfurth pointed out, your dealership opening a case with our engineers has ensured that this will be documented within the company, but I would be happy to document this from a customer care standpoint as well. You would just need to PM me your VIN and further details through here.

Keep us posted, Ksweds. It seems like the TSB has been a successful repair for some, but unfortunately not all. It sounds like your dealership is already working with Dodge engineers/technical specialists, correct?
