We turned some of these ads off.  It's the first time that auto serving has been turned on, so we'll have to play with it.

Hello all,
I just realized that after joining a little over 2 weeks ago I put myself on the map but didn't introduce myself. Just bought my first journey (2012 V6 Crew) because my first generation Honda CR-V wasn't gonna get the job done anymore especially with fatherhood on the horizon. In the short time that I've had my Journey, this forum has proven itself as a big help. Thanks to all the admins and looking forward to posting with you all

My wife and I bought a 2012 Journey R/T for her to drive a few days ago. It's a great machine and well designed. It replaced her 2006 Ford Escape which gave her 370000 reliable kms so hopefully the DJ gives us the same good service.
 
Really like the performance of the 3.6, fuel economy seems pretty good so far and the interior is very nice too.

Hello everyone. Just took over a 2014 Journey SE from the wife. She wanted to move on to something else so i got the Dodge. I have just been looking for as much info as possible on the Journey. Not really sure what I want to do if anything, but it's nice to know your options. Well, I would like to upgrade the radio from the 4.3 to the 8.4 and put fog lights in, but both seem to be more trouble than they are worth, maybe I am reading wrong, who knows....
 
I will say, looking around online at different vendors, just a few recognize the SE with the V6, almost all default to the 4 cyl and you cannot change it. Most times I just pick a model with the V6 and move along, but it is a little irritating to see that be the norm rather than the exception.

The next upgrade will be a really bump in speed

Here's my 2012 Dodge Caravan - it's not a Journey, but it's my little work horse. I bought it while I worked at Shelby in Las Vegas and used it to make trips back and forth between Vegas and Detroit. It's been to Ontario, Quebec and up and down I-75 numerous times each. Right now, it has 64,000 miles on it and I've only had to replace the brakes (super easy job) and tires. It's never had any issues and I'm thinking about getting another one before they go out or production
