DodgeCares got a reaction from dhh3 in Dodge Grand caravan (2009) key fob is getting stuck in the ACC
Is this happening every time or intermittently? If it's intermittent, do you notice any specific conditions when it occurs?

    Ricky,
They do not light up on the mirror. If the rear defrost light is on the heated mirror should be functioning as well.

If anyone has not received this letter, but is curious to know if they may be affected by this (or any other) recall, you can punch in your VIN to check here: http://recalls.mopar.com/.
    All recalls are VIN-specific.

I think jkeaton is right on the money with this. First, I would do as jkeaton says and take a ride with a service advisor in order to specifically demonstrate your concern to them. If you still have issues after this, I would try another dealership. Unfortunately, if a dealership really can't duplicate what you're experiencing they won't be able to diagnose or repair your vehicle.

I started a thread a while back about the issue we're having with my wifes 2014 R/T. Sounds like the same issue you're having. We've been in and out of dealers 4X with little success. With the help of DodgeCares (who's been awesome), we've had the LH strut, isolator, LH control arm and sway bar bushings replaced. It didn't fix the problem. The only thing that slightly worked was having the isolators greased like crazy, even then it only worked for about a week.
It has gotten better but it still sounds like there's a bucket of marbles when we pull into the driveway and when the car hits certain bumps - the problem is it's not something I can force to happen. It's disheartening because she's got 33k miles on her car (started around 12k) so we're almost out of warranty. We've also heard it on 3 of the rentals we've had, so I don't think it's an isolated issue.
Here's my thread if you want to see it... http://www.dodgejourneyforum.com/topic/6440-front-end-clunk-while-braking-over-bumps/

    luckydaddy85,
I recommend bringing your vehicle to an FCA dealership for a formal diagnosis. Please feel free to reach out if you would like assistance in scheduling an appointment. Either way, be sure to keep us posted!

    Mike,
It sounds like your vehicle should still be under warranty, so I'd recommend a trip to the dealership before hitting that 36,000 mile mark to have your DJ diagnosed. As others have said above, this could very well be normal, but it still may be a good idea to have it checked out at a dealership.

The issue is vehicle specific and doesn't apply to all DJ's, either AWD or FWD, so I recommend taking your vehicle to a dealership to be formally diagnosed. It could turn out to be a similar issue, but it also could be something completely separate.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your recently purchased vehicle. The dealer is better equip to inspect and diagnose what is occurring with your vehicle.

Is the dealership you've been going to the closes one to you, Medabum? As a note, you aren't required to return to strictly your purchasing dealership for repairs. You can search for dealerships near you if you punch in your ZIP code on this page: http://www.dodge.com/en/find-dealer/

I can't seem to find any TSBs related to this concern, bcgahill. Were there any specific conditions when this first started happening?
I would recommend bringing your vehicle to a FCA dealership.
