I'm not totally stupid I'm just wondering from the people that have a heat wheel and a steering wheel cover.

It will make the heated wheel feel not so heated. Think about it. Your basically putting a layer of insulation over the wheel.

Hard plastic, hard rubber. Whatever the base steering wheel is made of. The AVP doesn't have a fancy, leather-wrapped steering wheel.

I added a cover to my steering wheel. I got it from my local Autozone and is listed here http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MB0DJ0K?ref_=cm_cr-mr-title. It is a great match for the interior of my DJ. Big improvement over the hard plastic. It was easy to install and fits tight.

Welcome to the forum. You will find the back seat has plenty of room and easy access for your two kids and still plenty of cargo space in the rear for everything else.

I put a cover over my leather wrapped R/T steering wheel. I really like it. Not only does it have some padding in places that make it more comfortable, but it also protects the stock leather wheel from my sweaty andoften dirty mitts. It matches the interior well also.
    Peace.

I had the 8.4 touchscreen in my Cherokee and now have the 4.3 in the Journey. Personally, I find it adequate. More tech = more distraction. Enough people are driving while paying attention to their cell phones instead of where they are going.
I want to enjoy driving, not playing with tech. I can do that at home. I kind of miss my '72 Dodge.

Drool, all of you that picked the wrong color! From this view, you can see that the front tires are outside of the front of the wheel well, where it tucks in. The tires are well past the edge of the wheel, so I am less concerned about scraping one. Enjoy. I sure am!

More to come. I was a T stop today. 2 people in an Edge, to my left, similar color. Driver and passenger could not stop staring as I let them go 1st!

Its to the point now where you cant mess with the electronics-they mess up nicely on their own
Not like the old days where you could take out the crap and install nice

Ahh... didn't look close enough at the model. This is the first vehicle I haven't had to buy a cover for, so I was shocked. Makes more sense now.

    Hi All,

Helped a friend load a coffee table into their Kia Sporatge on the weekend. Well tried to anyway but the middle seats don't fold flat so the coffee table legs hit the roof . So it got me thinking about all the little things I appreciate in my Dodge Journey

Flat folding middle seats Under floor storage indicators that flash 3 times with just a flick Front head rest tilt forward at the bottom (so passanger can use a pillow on those 1000km trips ) I am sure there are heaps more that I havent mention, but it just goes to reminded me what a brilliant vehcile the Dodge Journey is

and bought new tires! Got to 40,000 miles on the factory Kuhmo's. Tread was almost to the wear bars, so I figured I'd go ahead and replace them now before snow season gets here. Picked up a set of Falken Pro G4 all season's from discount tire for $112 each.
