The pedal in my car is normal after they put a booster in it.

My 2013 had a power booster fail when it was 3 weeks old. The spring inside the booster broke, and the pedal felt and sounded kinda like bumping your foot on one of those spring thingys for a door in a house. I can't think of a better way to describe it.

That's kind of strange. Are you sure it's not the service advisor or his mechanics that wrote that on the wheel..... Or in a past wheel rotation or tire change ... I would go back to the last person to service the wheels or tires

I tow with mine pretty often. I can say that wind resistance seems to affect my car more than weight. Example, with both atv's on my 5 x 14 my fuel mileage is around 18 to 19 mpg. My trans temp hovers around 185. With one atv, I have to put it in the middle of the trailer so I don't overload the tongue. That puts the atv farther behind the car, and into the wind. With no wind, I drop to around 16 mpg. Last time it was windy, mpg dropped to 13, and my trans temp was 208. Most of that trip, I held the trans in 5th gear because it kept shifting back and forth. Btw, my trailer and both atv's weigh 2500 lbs. with one it's 1800.

Along with the good information from jkeaton, I'll add that the DJ doesn't have the engine cooling or transmission cooling capacity required for any serious towing. The DJ's towing is aimed at a bicycle rack in the hitch or a small, open landscaping trailer. Before you rush out and buy an RV (travel trailer), even one within your DJ's weight limit, look up the frontal area restriction for your DJ. Regardless of the weight of the trailer, you will also find a "frontal area maximum" that is allowed. Frontal area and weight are the two biggest limiters for trailers. The ability to pull a large flat wall through the air at highway speeds demands much more from an engine / drive train, than does a smaller frontal area as found on popup RVs or utility trailers and boats. I've been RVing for quite a few years and the DJ is not a vehicle I would choose to pull an RV trailer.

Well Im only 2 days in and i love it. I had to do a road trip up the road with my 3 year old son and gotta tell you was awesome. Normally i would've had to deal with my hyper kid and relax him and try and keep him from bitching. Thank GAWD for the dvd player and movies. Kept his attention for the whole hour and ten minute drive down. And fell asleep for the ride back. I mean it was so quiet in the car i almost fell asleep. LOL... Car rides smooth, the V6 is plenty powerful and didnt feel like a bigger vehicle at all. I like the journey

We are all getting to know one another pretty good now, so how about we get a gander of what we look like and our actual names.
And no, this won't lead to bromances or group hugs.....(unless you feel the need)

YOU SHOULD REALLY TURN OFF YOUR CAPS LOCK SO YOU STOP YELLING AT PEOPLE.
A common leak problem with sunroofs is the drain tubes. They get plugged with leaves and other debris and are unable to drain off the water. Not sure on the DJ as I've not looked at mine, but I think they are at the front corners and run down the A-pillars.

I haven't had issue with my khumos. Obviously I would love to have had even more life out of them but I didn't feel they were as bad in the rain and snow as a lot of people report. I am in Canada and last year was the first year I felt I needed snows on.
That being said I am still thinking of trying another tire and the pirellis look promising, but in the absence of anything great it wouldnt bother me to get the khumos again.

I still have the factory Kumhos on mine. They're fine when it's dry outside, but once it rains it's starting to get scary. I'm at 43500 miles. I have snow tires for it though. I'll put those on in November. I still have 5/32nds of tread on the Kumhos. I'm going to try to get another year out of them, but I doubt it.

A coworker of mine put Pirelli P7s on his Subaru. He absolutely loves them. Biggest improvement was ride comfort and they're quiet.

Does anybody else find it necessary to wash the car after a road trip? My last trip was to Wausaukee WI and back. Even though my DJ wasn't that dirty, I had t wash it.
