  1. I will contact you directly and provide assistance in getting the vehicle issue resolved for the customer.
  2. I would talk with the dealer that performed the tsb and let them know the issue is recurring. The dealer can check if there has been further software updates for the transmission. Also, per the owner's manual, the automatic transmission fluid and filter(s) should be changed at 64,000 miles or 48 months whichever occurs first, if using your vehicle for any of the following: police, taxi, fleet, or frequent trailer towing and to change the fluid at 120,000 miles or 90 months whichever occurs first.
  3. Glad to hear you are enjoying your vehicle. Happy Birthday!
  4. Congratulations and enjoy your new vehicle.
  5. Not sure if your vehicle is still under warranty. However, you can have a dealer inspect for a diagnosis.
  6. The dealer will have to provide further details on the why (could have been stored or active codes), however, a software flash updates the modules (pcm-powertrain control module & bcm-body control module) with the latest software based on specific conditions/symptoms. There is a technical service bulletin 08-010-14 for a sccm software flash update-cruise control slow or no response. A pcm flash can address driveability/shifting concerns in which you mentioned about your transmission.
  7. I would recommend that you have a dealer inspect for the brake issue.
  8. I am sorry to hear that the radio and ac/heater is not working. Not sure if you still have warranty remaining, however; the dealer is an option to diagnose the concern.
  9. Ed11729 If you decide to have the dealer review the vehicle for the butane smell, please let us know what they find. The dealer can check for service bulletins.
  10. I am sorry to hear the PTU leak is not resolved. The dealer technician can contact technical support (STAR) for further assistance in diagnosing what is causing the repeat leaking issue. Please keep us posted on the results.
  11. I would have the dealer inspect for the condition since the vehicle is under warranty.
  12. I am sorry to hear that the clicking noise is not resolved. Did the dealer verify the noise and make any repairs? You can take your vehicle to another dealer for diagnosis. Please keep us posted.
  13. Glad to hear the issue was resolved. Enjoy your new Journey. Regina U.S. Top Care Chrysler Group LLC

My name is Regina and I will be taking over as DodgeCares. If you need anything, please feel free to contact me.
  15. Chris did report these continuing issues to the proper people earlier this year. What, if anything else, will be published, I don't know. Dealers should be contacting our STAR department if they are unable to repair the vehicle. STAR, besides assisting techs in repairing vehicles, keeps track of the types and numbers of complaints they receive.
  16. I'm not finding anything new (after the Service Bulletin TSB 08-063-12.)
  17. Do you have any paperwork on this "extended 6 year/100,000 mile warranty?"
  18. Remember to check it out before accepting delivery. Look it over carefully, in bright daylight if possible. Congrats!
  19. Chris took another job within the company. I'm not sure what is going to happen with his previous responsibilities.
  20. Moderator - honest - I'm not trying to hijack this thread! burgandy25 - PM me if you want to discuss further. Include details.
  21. When you say "you" I assume you mean the company. I don't know the details. While we can try to intervene with a workmanship issue, ultimately it's up to the dealer. The topic of this thread is Dealerships for Service - Good / Bad. If you want me to see if I can get info on this tranny issue you are talking about - PM me the link to the thread and/or your name and VIN.
