  1. Well, it magically came back the next day and has continued to work as it did before. That is to say about 80% of the time. The spotty bluetooth is basically my only complaint with this vehicle so far. That and the fact that the transmission requires almost full throttle to downshift, but that's a whole other story. Minor complaints overall, I'd say.
  2. I used BeamTech bulbs in my 2018. They were pretty affordable. I like them because there is no noisy little fan on the bulbs. There is an extremely mild flicker from time to time, but it's barely noticeable and it doesn't bother me enough to add a resistor.
  3. 2018 Journey Crossroad with 8.4 touchscreen without navigation. I started the car this morning and suddenly, in the "player" menu, my option for bluetooth music is no longer listed. It's not greyed out and unavailable; it's not there at all. It just disappeared. My phone connected to bluetooth just fine and was available for hands-free calling as it always is, so the bluetooth is indeed working. Has this happened to anyone before? Anyone know a way to bring it back? Is there a way to reset the factory stereo without pulling apart the dash? Thanks.
  4. Nice. It sounds good. I've considered doing a muffler delete on mine, but I don't know if I want to go down that slippery slope of modifying my daily driver. I have a project vehicle to scratch that itch.
  5. They will reduce ground clearance by a bit and the Journey sits low enough that I don't know why anyone would want these. It just seem strange to me.
  6. It could be the fluid from the A/C system. That stuff is often green in color.
  7. Do they not turn on when any of the doors open? If it's just the driver's door, it could be the switch. If it's all the doors, then there's a bigger problem somewhere.
  8. Well, I do live in the PNW and it rains a good bit here. Water only seems to enter when driving at freeway speeds. They don't leak when sitting still. At least, not that I've noticed.
  9. The aftermarket replacement housings I bought to fix my condensation issue are now filling with water. I caked the seams with silicone before I installed them and it still wasn't enough to keep them dry. I'm thinking maybe the vents on the back of the lights are letting water in somehow. I'm not totally sure, but it's really frustrating.
  10. Changing the brand of coils won't give you any power. Also, there is no chip that works with these cars. If it's advertised to work, it's fake. Chips are garbage.
  11. "Tuning Chips" are snake oil. Nothing more. Avoid them.
  12. There is no tuning chip that is available for the Journey. If you find something on eBay that claims to be a performance chip, it's a ripoff and will do nothing for you. As for an intake, there's only one company that makes one and it doesn't look like it'll do much, given the fact that it reuses the factory box. Your best bet is to drop a K&N filter in, open up the exhaust a little, and then forget about more performance.
  13. I think the color looks great. Props for choosing something unique.
  14. For a daily driver, drilled and/or slotted rotors are a waste of money. Buy a nice set of pads (EBC, Hawk, Stoptech, etc.) and be done with it.
