jaymista Posted December 13, 2016 Report Share Posted December 13, 2016 I have a 2016 Dodge Journey R/T and the feature where you touch the door handle to unlock a door or doors is no longer working. LisaLeeMcLeod Posted December 13, 2016 Report Share Posted December 13, 2016 The auto unlock feature is controlled in the settings through the radio touch screen. Can you unlock it via the key fob? Hankster Posted December 13, 2016 Report Share Posted December 13, 2016 Have you seen the service keyless entry system soon message? I have and also have intermittent issues with the drivers door handle switch. I am not worried about it and use the lock button on the fob instead. Damp weather seams to agrivate it.
