It appears that there are two threads active on adding auto headlights. I have added both the sensor and light switch (posted on the newer thread started by ultranutz), so Journeyman425, please do not forget about me if the sales code ever pops up again. I ask this incase you are not monitoring both threads. Thank you for all of your effort on this forum. Members like you make this all worthwhile.

It may be in "limp" mode. Any warning lights on the dash? Try disconnecting the negative terminal for a while and let the system reset itself. Let us know what happens.

As you said, test the voltage and clean the terminals. The price was probably labor because the battery is so inaccessible.

You may have a bad cell in your battery. Sometimes the battery will read correctly when tested even though there is a bad cell. The volts should not be jumping all over the place like that; may harm the alternator.
Your DJ is 4 years old. Start with a new battery. If the lights on the dash keep flashing, then it is time to consider that the TIPM is failing, or does not have proper grounding.

Boy, the guys over there are nuts.  They all think that they are driving a Wrangler!  My TH does have a 2-speed transfer case and a locker rear diff.  So, apparently it is a real Jeep!  LOL.  A Jeep built on an Alfa Chassis!  What is this world coming to?

I purchased my 2014 new in June of 2014.  I have the 8.4 screen.  If I could cut a square hole in the screen and slide in a 30GiG MyGig I would be the happiest camper alive!

I did something last week that I have never done before.  I have always bought cars from Dealer Inventory.  I have never ordered a car in my life.  For those who may remember, I purchased my DJ off of the lot, solely for the color:  Copperhead Pearl.

2 years ago, I was shopping for a Cherokee Trailhawk, but I was taken back by the color of the DJ, and purchased it instead.  The thought of a Cherokee Trailhawk has haunted me for two years.  So, I went online and built one in Mango Tango, and was prequalified to purchase by Chrysler Capital.  My Salesman from my Dealer called me last Saturday.  He could see what I had built, and made an appointment for me to come in Monday.  He found 2.  One was very close to my build; the other not so much.  The one that was close had two things that I didn't check off:  Technology Group, Black Wheels, and 2 things were missing:  Remote CD player (The new 8.4s do not come with a CD Player) and the Cargo Cover.  The CD player would be located in the Console and I can always purchase a Cargo Cover.  The Salesman tried to order my build from the factory, but Mango Tango is no longer a paint option.  He made me a deal that I could not refuse and I got 0% financing to boot.  Here she is:

Radio uses Apple Apps and Siri, so I have a lot to learn.  It has been a good two year ride here, but I am off to the Jeep Cherokee Forum.

That is the way mine came from the factory, also.  All you need is the harness with all the relays which plugs into the harness that terminates by the spare.  This harness terminates in a 4-pin flat connector.  Get your hitch installed, have your Dealer add the Sales Code, and activate the harness.  BINGO!  You now have the Trailer Tow Group!

The Cherokee Forum I found is jeepcherokeeclub.com, based in Toronto.  Is this the one you are on?  It is for 2014 - 2016 Cherokees.
I'll stick around for a while and add input if needed!

In the EVIC, choose fuel economy.  The graph in mine is horizontal; not vertical.  There are a series of numbers across the top of the graph.  A small pointer will sit where the average mpg is at the present time.  The graph starts out yellow, and as you approach the pointer, it begins to turn green.  It also displays the instantaneous mpg at any given time.

I use EBC slotted and dimpled rotors and green stuff pads.  So far the only rotors that don't warp on my 2011.  Expensive but worth it.

If it's only rubbing a very small amount, you might be able to take a Dremel tool to the caliper casting and get the clearance.  I'm talking like if you only have to remove .030 - .060" of material.  If it's a quarter inch of interference forget it.

Jack it up and try to isolate the sound. It could be anything. If you can't do this, brake places or independent shops normally wont charge you to diagnose an issue.

front or rear where does the noise sound likeit is coming from? put it up on jacks all 4 wheels in case you have awd then turn the car on put the wheels in motion and listen at each wheel for noise, you could go to most brake shops they usually will check your vec. for free just hoping they find something so they can fix it. just get a price if they tell you what is wrong first so you know what it will cost. good luck

2011 Dodge Journey Mainstreet, purchased used... 30 day warranty long gone.  The noise I hear is more of a clanking noise rather then clicking.  Sounds like metal on metal and stops when I tap the brake.  It also stops when I get up some speed . 30mph or over.  Sometimes its not even there.  I have not taken it to the shop because I dont have the money to do so right now.  Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear that the clicking noise is not resolved. Did the dealer verify the noise and make any repairs? You can take your vehicle to another dealer for diagnosis. Please keep us posted.
