  1. Recalls are for safety related issues. This is not one.
  2. Welcome to the forum! Maybe footwell illumination?
  3. Probably the serpentine belt or a pulley.
  4. That's happened to me once on another vehicle. The hose collapses inside and acts like a check valve, letting pressure in but not out.
  5. Our 2013 had that clunk. Dealer did replace the strut mounts (bearings) and it DID stop the sound for awhile, but it did come back some miles later. I attributed it to using crappy factory strut mounts to replace crappy factory strut mounts and just lived with it after that.
  6. OEM plugs. Coils don't need to be replaced at regular intervals, but stick with OEM as well.
  7. I believe the belt has a 100k mile replacement recommendation in the maintenance section of the manual. As stated, better to replace a belt than an engine.
  8. Fix the known issues. Report back. Your scanner should work if it’s OBD2. Nothing changed since 2003 as far as OBD is concerned.
  9. What else do you want it to do that it is not doing?
  10. Check engine light on. Have you had it scanned for codes? What are the codes? Probably the answer to your question lies there.
  11. How high is the idle? Perhaps an issue with the TPS if there are no vacuum leaks.
  12. Who fixed it after the crash? If it was a body shop, there should be paperwork saying what work was done. if the owner just put it bak togeter, I would be very skeptical.
  13. Fairly simple proceddure regardless of year. Unclip the clips, lift the top off and replace the filter.
  14. Stop by your local parts store. They will be able to tell you.

    12V charging port

Wouldn't it be easier to just stick one if these into the existing accessory outlet?
