Hey, just a quick little update... Ended up changing out the hose, upon inspection found that there was a small tear from where the clamp held down the hose. I guess wear and tear over time. Bought a genuine hose from mopar and came with a new clamp. Process was pretty easy. No more leak.

    Thanks

If you call the service department at the dealer, they should be able to tell you.  If they don't, call another dealer.

make sure you use a magnetic spark plug socket..... as using a reg socket or one with a rubber boot may let the plug slip out and the plugs are  about 4-6 inches down inside a small area.this is with the 3.6 engine and the 2.4 engine as well..... i would also cover up the 3 open areas in the middle of the engine  with a rag just in case something doesn't slip or fall into the the holes not sure what they are but to be safe precaution and DONT forget the insulation pad like he did... i am sure its there for a reason.. BUT a good video

If your hose is the original, and from 2011, it may be time to change it. Pull the hose from the thermostat, inspect the hose for a small perforation from the clamp. Use a flashlight, and a magnifying tool if you have one, and inspect the thermostat housing for a small hairline crack. It may have been over tightened. Once done, reinstall the hose and put on a new, quality clamp. Make sure to everything is seated correctly. If the leak persists, then you can contemplate a new hose and/or housing.

hey nino. heres a screenshot of the fill instructions for the 62TE transmission. I had to replace just over 5 quarts... I followed these instructions and after the initial 4 quarts(used a siphon pump), the dipstick read 10mm. I then added small amounts of  fluid (with a syringe) around ten times from start up to around 70C to get it to the right level.  I shifted through the gears before each read of the dipstick. Hope this helps.

Hey @Bustamatic, looking at doing my transmission change out myself too. Just wondering... how much transmission fluid did you end up putting back in after the change? Also, for the graph... did you take readings at start up and then after a quick drive around?

    Thanks
