probak118 Posted January 15, 2020 Report Share Posted January 15, 2020 My 2012 3.6 was just remove and replace as I recall, no distinct differences. How about any stamped numbers or wording, can you tell the direction based on comparing the old and new that way ? probak118 Posted January 16, 2020 Report Share Posted January 16, 2020 (edited) Take it back and see if another replacement exists without the nipple locator , might try another parts supplier also. I am in Canada but my replacement was a NAPA part I believe, an exact looking replacement part.
