Journey awd towing damage

16 journey towing damage... towed without dollies.... trying to bind when you turn hard to the right or left and making a popping noise when turning either way but not when you're going straight.... replaced the rear 3rd member with a new unit from dodge.. still doing the same thing the noise is coming from the rear of the car... please help!

Who towed it? They should be responsible for damage caused by towing it the wrong way.

We d the d and are trying to take the steps to repair it... we are trying to get an idea of the cost to determine if we want file a claim or fix it out of pocket..... do you have any ideas?

call the dealership for a cost est. of course they will want you to pay a service call for checking it out... i am sure insurance will be the cheapest way to fix it...

Yep. Gotta get it to the dealer or a reputable repair shop to find out exactly what has been damaged. Pretty much impossible to diagnose over the Internet.

Check out this thread.  I am not sure if this is what you replaced on yours, but it was not a cheap fix.

It sounds like your problem might have been the same as mine.
