    UPDATES

    http://www.driveuconnect.com/software-update/
  2. I got one for my 2015 R/T. They were a little slow to ship, but the guard was a good fit and looks real nice.
  3. It's the residue left behind when those sheets are removed. My white 2015 R/T had the same goo left behind. Bug and tar remover worked great for getting the goo spots off.
  4. This guy fills my garage! ... LOL 2005 Nissan Titan LE 4X4 Off Road Package, just flipped 30,000 miles. Hardly ever gets driven obviously.
  5. Just created a fictitious account under Fred Schwartz, no email received and nothing in spam folder either.... Feel free to delete that account....LOL
  6. Nothing in spam either. Thanks for the verification

  8. Nothing in spam folder. Thanks for activating
  9. Not sure how long it takes, but I never received the verification email
  10. Just go to www.rockauto.com, look up the parts for both years, and see if they are the same. I did a quick check on 2010 & 2013 headlights and the same part numbers were listed for both years. They should have a listing for the other parts your looking for as well. GL
  11. Even though the CEL isn't on, the codes are probably stored from when the different warning light came on. See if you can pull them.
  12. Yep, do mine online all the time. As long as your driving record is clean, you can even renew your driver's license online too. I can't remember the last time I actually went to their location to do any of that stuff.
  13. Hey JM, trying to get a hold of you, not taking PMs?

I'll try to PM you and then you can reply to it. Not sure why it doesn't work; I've gotten several PMs in the last two weeks.

I keep getting this when I try to send you a PM "The member Journeyman425 cannot receive any new messages"

I got your PM but it wont let me reply to it, it has a "DELETED" symbol next to it.... weird.

  14. Automobiles use humidity sensors as part of their defogging or defrosting systems. Lots of different vehicles use them.
  15. Sounds like an ignition switch problem, so if you haven't had the ignition switch recall repair done, it might get you a fix for free.
  16. You would think Dodge, Uconnect, or whoever would get this issue fixed. It has to be costing them a lot of money to replace all these units.
  17. Assuming you have push button start? Are you asking if the motor will stay running if you exit the car with the FOB?
  18. Went back to the dealer today and got the DRLs working finally. This time the lead Dodge tech took care of it and knew exactly what needed to be done. All the service manager could say was "thanks for the education" ... LOL
  19. Do you guys know if the light switch needs to be in the "Auto" position for the DRLs to work? JM425 added the sales code for me and I had the dealer do a reconfiguration. With the light switch in the off position, the DRLs don't come on. When the switch is set to auto, the lights come on when it's daylight outside, but I cant really see a visual difference between it and the normal headlights being on as far as brightness. Also, if they are supposed to be running at a lower voltage than normal then why does the Uconnect control (8.4 screen) get dim when they come on? Thanks! EDIT: Never mind, the stupid dealer didn't do a reconfiguration because the mechanic said they were already turned on in the UConnect options. I even brought them instructions on what needed to be done. All the mechanic did was turn the switch to "Auto" and saw that the light came on, which he assumed they should not. Apparently inside the shop is just dark enough to make them come on. Back we go again!
  20. My results from RPG were good too. The only complaint was that it took a full week for them to shipt it, and when I inquired about when it might ship they never replied. Once it arrived, it was in perfect condition and only took a few minutes to install on my 2015 DJ R/T AWD. They are a little spendy, but they do look very nice!
  21. Glad everything worked out in the end JM425, you might consider wrapping the car with bubblewrap.... LOL

  23. I use the genuine Mopar touchup paint. If you have your paint code, it's easy to find online.
  24. You won't be able to keep the paint around it from chipping further by just using touchup paint. Bite the bullet and get it fixed proper, especially seing how the car is only a couple months old. To answer your question... yes, unprotected bare metal will eventually rust.
