  1. Depending on when the SRT version comes out, that will be #2 for me. I hope that it is offered in Copperhead Pearl!
  2. Initially, I had the same problem. When you first plug your iPod/iPhone into the USB port, the Uconnect has to read your library. Depending on how much music you have, this may take a while. Now, I am having issues with iOS8! It never ends! LOL
  3. Welcome to the forum. I have been a member since July (I purchased my DJ at the end of June) and am still navigating around the forum. There is a lot of useful information here.
  4. The Firestone Destination St tires in the pictures are P255/50R19. They are available on the Firestone/Bridgestone's web site. These are a performance tire, and not really good in the snow. I had Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza Plus on my Nitro, and they performed flawlessly in the snow, and they are also available in this size. But, the Nitro was 4WD, and my Crossroad is FWD. My Nitro had 20s. I'm going to try the Khumos in the snow this winter and see how they perform. If I have any issues, I'll mount the Duelers. BTW, when I purchased the Duelers for my Nitro, I did want the Destination Sts, but the tire salesman talked me into the Duelers because he told me that they were a much better tire. The Destinations in the picture are 10.04" wide, compared to Khumos at 8.86" wide.
  5. How did you add the heated seats?
  6. I'll definitely trade for one. Count me in! I hope the new one is not too wacked out! The 200 is elegant, but that styling does not belong on a truck (Dodge refers to the Journey as a truck)!
  7. Man van? Come on! It's not a van - no sliding doors. Based on the Sebring/Avenger, I would have to say that it is a crossover, although I hate that terminology. The Highlander, which he keeps mentioning, is definitely a crossover since it is based on the Camry. I do not like the rounded look of all the new cars. The Durango is surely not "rounded". I think of my Crossroad as a High Wagon. Thoughts?
  8. I traded my 2011 Nitro for my Copperhead Pearl Crossroad. The center sections of the seats are perforated. These seats are supposedly unique to the Crossroad.
  9. The exhaust on the Journey is also more restrictive because the engine sits sideways when compared to the Challenger, as stated. Air in + exhaust out = higher HP!
  10. Mine is FWD. That is why I was asking if I could put snow tires only on the front, or is it recommended to do all 4?
  11. I asked my Service Manager this same question, and did he suggest snow tires if I have issues. Is it OK just to put Snow Tires only on the front, as long as they are the same size? I am not expecting to have any issues; just looking for suggestions. I have not used snow tires in 40 or so years! I just take it easy in the snow. Thank you for all who replied.

    New Wheels?

What do the 17" wheels with hub caps look like? Just curious
  13. Welcome to the forum. Go to an auto parts store, and see if they can pull any codes for you. If they find any, you can look them up on the web. Since this is a one time deal, you cant reset your TIPM by disconnecting the negative terminal on your battery for about 15 minutes or so. This will reset your computer - like doing a restart on windows. Then, see what you get. Also, since your tank was low, there could have been debris in the tank that clogged the gas filter. If any codes indicate a cylinder misfire, you might be able to solve the problem by running good fuel injector cleaner through the system.

    2014 JURNEY SE

Welcome to the forum. The back up camera costs around $300 and according the the service manual, it takes 2 hours to install. My Dealer had my Journey for 4 days (over the weekend; long story) but they still only charged me the 2 hours labor!
