  1. For me I use photobucket to post pics in threads. It is free and you just copy the image code into your post
  2. Nice. Lets see some pics when it is done
  3. Welcome to the club! Seems a little on the high side. I am not by my car right now and I have never noticed where it shifts. But how heavy is your right foot? Try accelerating slowly to see if the shift patterns change from how you normally drive. I know with a heavier foot it will shift later.
  4. Glad to hear you are ok. Things can be fixed but lives are irreplaceable. BTW I read another member had totaled hers. From the pics it looks like it hit pretty hard. Looks like the car did not absorb much of the impact. No crumple zones.
  5. Mine seems ok. It is not crystal clear. But like linaso said when mine is dirty it is worthless. Plus when it gets cold it gets fogged up or has frost on it. Never looked to see if it had frost on it or not. I have seen better factory systems, but this one is not bad at all.

    Where do you live?

Works really good around town for us. Also the kids that sit in back are still young. But the luggage space is limited on extended road trips. There is enough room for a weekend getaway. But we got the mopar cargo carrier for extended trips. I haven't used it yet. I will find out next month when we take our family vacation.
  7. Thanks for the info. I will have to check into that for sure.
  8. Yep mine will downshift too on bigger hills. In my work truck it would downshift when it reached a little above 5 mph over the set speed. First time it happened to me it scared the crap outta me :o It is a diesel and when the downshift came it almost jumped to the redline
  9. Took the car through the car wash and saw my sunroof was leaking. It was not just a drop here or there. It was a pretty good leak. So I take it in to the dealership and they reset the PCM to see if the sunroof was not closing all the way. Well that didn't work. Then they did the drain hose thingy. Now this is where I have to scratch my head. So you want to check to see if it is draining properly because my sunroof is supposed to leak like this? Doesn't sound good to me. Well one of the tubes was plugged up anyway and they left a nice little water stain on the headliner. Which had better get fixed! So now they want to try a new seal. Has anyone come up with a solution to this fix. I have read some people having the same issue, but have not heard of a fix. The only fix I have heard was to drive the car right through the showroom floor and tell them to keep it. Thank god I live in a dry climate. But still it should not leak like it does.
  10. Welcome to the Journey :banvictory: :elefant: :elefant:
  11. I still have the Khumo's on mine. They seem to do fine in the snow for me. But then again the snow has not stayed on the ground for long and I have AWD. Plus I have never had snow tires. Hopefully some one else can chime in with more expierence.

Welcome to the Club :elefant: :elefant:
  13. Snow-bird Excellent post I am going to check out that seat protector.
  14. I still don't see too many of them. I think we had ours for about 3 months before I seen another one. I still have not seen another Melbourne green Journey :D So far I have only noticed 3 in my town.
  15. Yep it is the SRT10. And thanks for the comment. Kinda funny with the rear video. The kids still ask are we there yet?
  16. The latch system I believe is the U shaped metal rings the car seat belts can clip into. That is what I use. The safest place to put a car seat is in the middle of the vehicle. But it ends up taking away usable seating area on either side of the middle seats. So I have mine on the passenger middle seat. BTW congrats on your new addition to the family
  17. Congrats on the new ride I have the V-6. Gotta have my power. But even the V-6 feels slow to me. I can imagine the Journey feels really slow compared to the Maggie :D But I live in a mountanous region so I need the extra power for the hills. And that is awesome your wife likes power too. Mine won't even drive my truck. It scares the crap out of her :D
  18. I have the AWD and it seems to be real good in the snow. So how about some pics of that viper!
  19. Found some floormats. Even have winter ones too. Just click on the type you want to look at. The make and model has already been entered. http://www.autoanything.com/floor-mats/10A50185.aspx
  20. Welcome to the club! Wish we had the diesel option in the states.
