I assumed he meant something more along the line of racing stripes... I had a set on my Nitro, and was wondering if they could be modified to fit the DJ. dhh3 Posted August 22, 2015 Report Share Posted August 22, 2015 (edited) There are two friends of my wife that own a sign shop and do vehicle wrapping. They might be able to do it. Thanks for the tip - never thought of this. Hopefully, they have the same color and it is not some proprietary color that only Mopar can use. The girls found an old Dodge van, restored it and wrapped it into the Scooby Doo Van!. It is their delivery vehicle. I actually just went out in the garage and look closely at my DJ. The raised part of the hood and the raised part of the fender are way to close together - would make for a very short pair of stripes! War stripes.... you can buy these all over ebay for next to nothing... Tape off some lines on your car and try it with plastidip first. I've tried a few patterns with plastidip on the hood, but nothing stood out yet.
