They look really nice. I was wondering if anyone has purchased them and if so. How well do they perform and is it worth the 800$? Not plug and play, but a maze of wires. Not for me. I wish that someone here in the states made something for the DJ. I had them on my Nitro with CFL rings. My retro was much less than the cost of these lights and the output is much better than any HIR bulb will ever provide. OP, I say do the retro yourself. Sounds like you have many of the components already and just need (i.e. want) LED DRL's. The retro is not difficult at all and you will save a ton of cash with better results. Something better RX350 projectors with STI clear lens and Osram CBI bulbs is the best setup. The RX350 is pretty much the same size as a MD2S 3.0 projector the kind I used for my retro. -RX350 with STI clear lens $225.00 -Osram D2S CBI bulbs 5500K $185.00 US funds + Shipping and tax. "Best" is probably in the eye of the beholder (especially with something like this), but this would be a pretty sweet set up...
