Transmission trouble

Recommended Posts

I have a 2011Dodge Journey LUX AWD I bought used for my son.It has 136000 miles on it and while he was driving the trans quit working leaving him in side of the road. I pulled the following codes P0603 P0868 P083B P0608. What is my next step? Car will not move forward or backward. Fluid level is fine.

Just curious, how do you know the fluid level is fine ?  Unless you made a dipstick and previously marked the proper level using the "technician only" tube. ?  Other than that method transmission fluid level is not measurable to the eye.( on my 2012 anyway ).

my 2011 with the 3.6 didnt have a dip stick as well...not sure if ther 2.4 with the different trans has one or not i think it does,,,,also with my 2014 i cleaned off my oil dip stick and inserted it into the trans service hole and marked it where the oil was showing with a grind mark also checked on you tube and measured it off and it was in the correct level... i remember when i was looking at my new 2011 and said where in the f is the trans dipstick... LOL car manufacturers are getting so cheap
