Hello all, new to the forum, I have a fully loaded 2016 DJ Crossroad, my issue is that living in Florida with the heat, the rubber on the volume knob is starting to deteriorate, curious if anyone knows a good source to get something like this replaced.

Hi Kwyjibo,

I certainly understand why you would want to have this replaced. Please know that your local Dodge dealer is in the best position to assist. We’re just a private message away if you are in need of any additional assistance at this time.

I called a local Dodge dealer, they do not sell just the volume knob itself, just the "center stack" running from about $320 - $480.  Looks like I will have some custom work to learn in the future. Maybe wrap it in a piece of thin leather im thinking.
