Renee2010 Posted November 11, 2015 Report Share Posted November 11, 2015 Hello, As of recent, my ESP/BAS and traction control light will be on as soon as I start my car and will not allow me to shift out of park. Wheresyourhero Posted June 11, 2020 Report Share Posted June 11, 2020 I’m also now having this problem. I have tried replacing the brake light switch which tells the car your foot is on the brake to allow you to take it out of park but that wasn’t it. 2late4u Posted June 11, 2020 Report Share Posted June 11, 2020 as you see we have posters asking for help but then never come back to report what they found to be the problem,so when you figured it out please report back what you found out that fixed it,there is a neutral switch in the middle console at the bottom towards the front that should enable you to put the car in neutral,,, the owners manual has the info on how to do it ,if you have no owners manual one can be down loaded off the internet just google it....good luck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
