Won't shift out of park when ESP light is on

I’m also now having this problem. I have tried replacing the brake light switch which tells the car your foot is on the brake to allow you to take it out of park but that wasn’t it. Also tried testing the fuse for abs esp BAs and it’s hot. Anything else anyone can think of that could be an easy fix?
