I just discovered that my car should include a "smoker's group", a "removable ash tray", a "cigar lighter" and "Adjustable Roof Rail Crossbars". Of course the dealer (or most probably the local fiat subsidiary) didn't include any of those. I'm not interested in the smoker's items, but the crossbars could be useful (and not exactly cheap over here). I guess it's too late to complain now.
