Please contact the seller to find out info about them. You will need to figure out shipping to your location and send me that as well along with enough money to pay for packaging. Sounds like he's willing to be the middle man, but you're going to have to do the leg work yourself... Maybe you can get the craigslist guy to weigh one of the wheels. Then a box and bubble wrap for each wheel adds a couple bucks. I'd say it can easily be done for $150 total with shipping and packaging.
