cap10ab Posted May 28, 2018 Report Share Posted May 28, 2018 Have a 2013 Journey, Service TPMS warning light is on with a message. Can clear the message, but it comes right back . All tp monitors are operating properly and communicating with computer, all have been checked by certified mechanic. Tire pressure reads 36/37 pds in car on all tires, but system will not reset. I dropped all air pressure 10pds and aired back to 36pds, did not help. Wondering if anybody else has experienced this. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
redtomatoman Posted May 28, 2018 Report Share Posted May 28, 2018 Something is likely intermittently wrong with at least one of the sensors. You may have to replace all 4 to get rid of the message. You could just live with the warning light if replacement is not an option. bramfrank Posted May 29, 2018 Report Share Posted May 29, 2018 You have to RAISE the pressure to reset the alert. Try cranking pressure to 40 psi, drive around for 20 minutes, then park it, the next morning drop it back to 36. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
