In the interior fuse panel is a 25 amp circuit breaker. It feeds all the power windows.

There is another 25 amp circuit breaker near it. For power seats.

You could switch them and see what happens.

It's up underneath the glove box.

Shot in the dark, are you aware of the window lockout switch on the drivers switch panel? Try engaging it both ways
to see if it affects anything.

The two things you can personally check that cause battery drain are:

Bluetooth - Dodge calls it HFM hands free module. Pull the fuse. Eliminated.

    Glove box light staying on.
I disconnected the harness to it. Taped off securely.

    The 09-10 DJ have problems
    with the under hood power
    box (tipm).

If your tipm is the original.
    I would look into this.

    Search YouTube on 2009-10
    DJ tipm trouble.
    Email him good guy.

I bought this kit here. You need
    one working FOB.
I read the directions several times.  Carefully follow them
    and I was finished.

Dean H got a reaction from larryl in My fix for our battery issues.
Second owner, 2016 DJ 126k miles. 3.6 engine, 62te automatic transmission.

1)The battery is located down in front of the drivers side tire.

    2) The biggest issue here, is that the battery cable terminal connections have no covers on them.

    3) The next issue is, that rain water from the fender and hood drains on to the battery. I do have a fix for this problem.

I will do a separate post on that.

The fix is to grease the entire positive terminal connection with dielectric grease. To seal out moisture. Then cover it.

Use plenty of grease, it's cheap protection for your battery. To prevent arcing and shorting out. From water dripping on it.

Go to Amazon buy this cover. You will use the red one on the positive terminal. This one is a perfect fit for the positive cable.

The negative battery terminal. Has the IBS battery sensor on it. Clean and grease connections.

I found this cover from Amazon. It works great. You have to trim it some to fit. Then use zip ties to secure it. Paint black for correct negative connection identification.
