There is usually a round flat magnet in tranny drain pans that stick to bottom of metal pan and collect small amounts clutch metal fur, I would still put it in bottom of new pan. Smaller, but with the ease of draining it now, it will get more changes. The 93,000 mile magnet wasn't too bad. Probably won't be as much since it is well broken in.
