bigreed50
I'm at my wits end right now. My tire pressure light and warning chime goes off at random sometimes the frequency is every 30s-60s. I drove from Alabama to Kentucky last summer and it did this the whole way. It can go months and not even act up. I've had the sensors replaced in my tires twice and it has had no effect. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know if this is related but a small auto shop installed a hitch for me and crushed a wire harness. That didn't cause an issue until someone rear ended my car and the hitch had to be removed the body shop informed me of the crushed harness only after I complained my backup chime and camera wasnt working any longer. I am getting that wire harness replaced next week. I should note that when the Tire Pressure Light comes on the screen shows lines where the tire pressures usually display. When the light goes out it is back to normal. Thank you in advance Edited August 14, 2025 by bigreed50 Added more info
larryl
The TP Module is located in the left rear wheel well... the wiring to that module might have been damaged in your collision?? 2late4u
