John/Horace Posted March 6, 2022 Report Share Posted March 6, 2022 iPad not playing the clip. Continuous droning is either power steering pump or automatically transmission hydraulic pump. Check steering reservoir and make sure it full to the proper level. If transmission oil recently changed, bring it back and have them check level (no dipstick on 3.6 tranny). How many miles on car; replacing fluid might drop the sound level, filter could be affecting flow. tsteves5 Posted March 6, 2022 Report Share Posted March 6, 2022 If it's the 3.6, it might be the idler pulley, but I couldn't tell for sure from the clip.
