Stuck on feet/windshield

I have a 2010 Journey. And AC works great, the other day had it set to Face, then we moved it to Windshield/feet. When we tried to change it to face or anything else it won’t switch. Just stays on feet/ windshield even when it’s pointing to face. And idea how to fix this? We’re in the south. Need air to our faces.

it might reset by itself keep resetting the selection to different settings mine did that for a bit when it was new and then started working fine after that,if it doesn't restart by itself  then check out you tube for blend door sticking, they say you can tap on it also to help it reset ,or you may need a new one not expensive just a bitch to get at it,,check out the forums as this has been discussed alot

This is an old post . In case some one need advise with this problem, I go it fix replacing the blender actuator on my 2012 DJ  SXT. For it I would Recommend having a small profile size 8mm socket and ratchet set. Take off glove drawer and work from under the dashboard.
