I'm surprised "Virginia is for Lovers" didn't make the list.....however, you can get pretty much any custom vanity plate nowadays. In NC we have no less than like 100 or so custom backgrounds to chose from. University logos, armed forces, save the turtles/bees/bears/etc, you get the idea...
