Engine won't start

Recommended Posts

I tried to start my 2015 Dodge Journey. The engine did not start the lights on the dash flickered. The Dodge did make a clicking sound and then would shut off completely. While trying to start the Dodge the brake was hard and the light on the push start would be lit on RUN but the car would not be on. I do want to mention that the parking assistance light would te=urn on it had a picture of a cone ( I have never seen this light on). I replaced the starter, we checked and recharge the battery. After this was done the lights work normal the parking assistance light is not on anymore but the Dodge will not start. Please advise, what else can I try?

Hi angoli210, I do apologize for the trouble you are experiencing with your Dodge.  We understand you are reaching out to fellow forum members, however if you are not able to remedy this concern with the advice provided here, I kindly recommend connecting with your local Dodge dealer.

Will do. I have started to communicate with our Dodge dealership here in San Antonio, Texas as well. Thank you.
