Found this today.

Published Wednesday, April 20, 2016
Transport Canada has identified safety issues with four Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Canada models.
Transport Canada conducted an investigation after receiving over 100 consumer complaints involving a failure of a power steering return hose.
It found that the loss of power steering assist, along with the potential for a vehicle fire, was a serious safety issue. Transport Canada notified the manufacturer.
It found power steering problems with Dodge Journey, Chrysler 200, Chrysler Sebring and Dodge Avenger models.
The vehicle models affected include:
• 2009-2016 Dodge Journey;
• 2011-2013 Chrysler 200;
• 2007-2010 Chrysler Sebring; and • 2007-2013 Dodge Avenger.
"Canadians deserve to know that the cars they rely on to get to work and transport their families are safe. I reserve the option of forcing a recall if corrective measures are not applied in a satisfactory manner,” Marc Garneau, the minister of transport said in a statement. “Manufactures should know that we have high standards for Canadian vehicles, and we expect them to live up to these standards at all times."
A final notice of the safety defect will be issued to owners of the vehicles after the minister makes a final determination and reviews feedback from Canadians with affected models.
Transport Canada said it will continue to monitor the issue closely and will provide details as they become available.

Ya, I come out of hiding now and then. No idea where Lobitz is hiding.

Yikes! If the rims are 22's then the tires will have to be real low profile to fit. Sure hope you have table top smooth roads down there, as you'll feel every bump with that little side wall.

Just get a mustang GT convertible and call it a day.

hockey_puck got a reaction from dhh3 in Rental Journey's
Planning a winter getaway to Florida this winter. Likely to fly to Orlando, rather than do the 3 day drive across the country. Anyone aware of National car rental companies that have Journeys in their fleets? Prefer to drive something I'm familiar with when in an area I'm new to.

Anyone heard from Lobitz68? Did he sail off the end of the Flat Earth? And, what about the Likes Leaders posting? JK and Lobitz were in a tight competition for first place.

Out of respect for the privacy of the little dweeb I won't. Although the real reason is I have no idea how to edit or reduce the size of the file and being HD it is HUGE.

On a whim when I got the Journey I bought the Garmin. A bit overpriced at over 200 canuck, but incredible HD quality. A cheap camera would do just fine. Not complicated tech wise, although I did go through the menus to turn off the audio recording. I want no evidence of. 1 My filthy language when dealing with others on the road or discussing how much I love hockey refs. 2 My poor taste in music and occasional vocal harmonizing. If in doubt, just find any 10 year old and they can show you!
