  1. Welcome Kenny! Lots of good info and nice folks here.
  2. Welcome to the forum! The journey is an awesome ride.
  3. You just pull straight up very hard.
  4. I agree, anyone can get on here and say they have resolved the issues with their products. I would like to hear back from adudinsk and find out if they made it right.
  5. Hmm... thats odd, I didn't tell the dealership I had a control # until after they gave me their "best price". When I told them about the control # they said that it was good for another 1% off the msrp ($25,885) which worked out to $259 but like I said earlier, they rounded it up to an even $300 and took that off their best price.
  6. The control #'s that begin with the letters FP are good for 1% off the msrp (sticker price). On a $25,000 car, that equals $250. My dealer rounded mine up to an even $300.
  7. You can buy Plasti Dip at Lowes
  8. When I purchased my DJ last December, my dealer took 1% off msrp (the sticker price listed on the window) + I still got all the current rebates. The sticker price was $25,800 so the discount worked out to $258 but they rounded it up to an even $300. I live in KY so I don't know if Canada is the same. The control # should work on any Chrysler vehicle.
  9. The control # is good for 1% off the msrp on top of all other rebates and incentives.
  10. Glad to help, now go and apologize to your DJ for all the mean things you called her.
  11. You have to push the accelerator pedal, not the brake.
  12. Do you leave one of your fob's in the vehicle? I remember reading somewhere if you leave your fob in the vehicle you would have to push the button 3 times, the reason is to prevent someone from accidentally locking up their fob.
  13. Welcome to the forum!
  14. Welcome! The DJ gives you a lot of vehicle for the money IMO. I also have the 3rd row.
  15. Welcome! My first car, a 1982 Chrysler 5th Ave., was a hand me down from my parents. Seems such a long time ago.
  16. Welcome to the forum! Lots of nice folks and good info here.
  17. Like bigtsr said, if the removeable bin has been installed wrong, the bin won't close. Make sure the square recessed notch in the bin is facing the rear of the vehicle to allow clearance for the latch.
  18. Both models are excellent choices. Its just a matter of personal preference and how you envision using your Journey. I'm glad Dodge gave us both options.
  19. Welcome! Lots of good info here.
  20. My dealer quoted me the remote start install for $450. Hope this helps.
