theres nothing like camping while in a journey, i mean on a journey, you know what i mean

we are the current owners of a 2010 SXT Journey and were looking around for some honest opinions on the new 2013 RT and came accross this site and think it would be a great place for me to look around. Camping is a big part of our summer life and the Journey provides us with allt he options we are looking for in a TV(tow vehicle). Looking for opinions on the 2013 and the new 3.6 motor and how it handles both on its own and while towing a camper(pop up) so please leave comments with some input ... we have used our 2010 for towing and love it and think that upgrading to the 2013 RT to get the NAV system and Leather, which is what we were lacking in our old one will be a great move for us. Also never had the AWD yet so any info on that would be great as well ... look forward to seeing you all around and chatting about our Journey love !!!

We have owned this for 2 1/2 years now and have loved every minute of it. We tow a POP UP camper and had the prep package installed, hooked up a hitch and have had no trouble with towing at all. We also have the 2nd row booster seats that we love as if someone comes into the car all we have to do is drop em down and away we go. The sunroof is a must have as it offers a great view while night time driving up in northern canada. My only real beef is with the brakes(which im sure you all have similar issues with pre mature wear) and the general fact that they are made in MEXICO and not fully supporting local jobs, but for the price point by far the best crossover out there. we are currently in process of ording a 2013 so I will be giving my impression of that after the summer and all our camping trips
