  1. It could be that you need to install an adaptor. You have the buttons on the radio, but it does not mean that you have it. Will cost you around $ 250.00 excl. the install. I installed it on my Avenger, very easy to do, just plug and play, it can not go wrong. Try to search on the web (www.mopar.com - got to Dodge, select Journey then accesoirries and finally radio/cd/uconnect) I hope that you like the Journey and wish that you have a lot of safe milage.
  2. I bought a 2010 journey 3.5 awd and had this noise as well. It was only appearing when steering to the right. They cheked the car, had some worries on the drive axle but just got off the phone that it was the engine mount. Hope to pick up the car on Saturday and give it a good wax.
  3. It is also more to change then just the buttons, I do see (and feel every week) the difference between the two. Love the electronic controlled system much better.
  4. I have installed a $35.00 audible 4 sensor kit from the web and installed it on my Avenger, works great. Color matches car color. It is very easy to do: Download the installation description from the mopar / dodge journey set. Then you know exactly how to remove the bumper. Measure the height - positions of the sensors before you take the bumper off. This is not more then 1 hour work. You need to find a good position for the alarm, or alternative warning lights / back-up camera screen.
  5. This is the same as the Avenger / Caliber etc. Just pull straight up. You can twist the lower chroom ring and then good luck with painting:-)
  6. Please take a look at the below link. This is the whole parts catalogue used by the dealer as well. You should be able to find the parts. http://www.berrysprinter.com/e-Fiche/Model%20Years/CD5/06-09/09JC.pdf
