  1. Thanks but I knew I had a plus. I just wanted to know if anyone has the word plus on the back. I am missing auto headlights and Homelink.
  2. Will someone with a 2016 Crossroad Plus AWD tell me the exact badge wording on the rear of their SUV. I have on the left rear JOURNEY AWD. I have on the right CROSSROAD. I don't see plus but I don't know if it should say plus. I am having a situation where I was sold a Crossroad Plus but dealer isn't sure if its actually a Crossroad Plus. There were two things a Plus should have as options included but didn't on my car. Thanks
  3. I have the Thule mounts that grab on to the stock Dodge rails and have the square tube Thule cross rails. I put mountain bikes and kayaks on them and have never even had a worry. They are locking and absolutely top shelf. Have had the same setup on my Nissan Rogue for 6 years.
  4. Nope, not a 4 cyl thing. I have a 2016 Crossroads plus and only have Drivers side express down. I know thats not the name for it but you know what I mean. If its as simple as changing a switch i'm in. Its probably a flash to the ECM. Seems the horn even has a delay going through some complex circuit.
  5. Hi all, I posted prior that I had the front tints done to match by a guy I use for a full range of auto and motorcycle detailing. After a few days I realized it wasn't dark enough. Yesterday I had all the windows done in a tint equal to 20%. It looks awesome. The Dodge tint is too light. He did my Nissan 6 years ago and still looks great.
  6. Journeyman, sorry to jump on the need help list but I have my wife and kids riding in the DJ. Think it's a safety improvement. It is in the 8.4 but didn't turn on, Thanks 2016 200mi GT108959. Thanks again, John
  7. I'm New and confused, a bit. I have a 2016 DJ and a 8.4 Uconnect. I want to install a rear camera using the Dodge tailgate mounted camera. I can install without issue. Now, does the basic non nav and non camera 8.4 unit came with the DJ allow me to install the backup camera with a dealer flashing or do I need Lock Pic. Seems the the dealer unlocking the Uconnect will be cheaper.
  8. Its illegal for a manufacturer to void a warranty for not using OEM parts. Thats backed by federal law. You do however need to use a product that is equivalent in specifications. Also keeping records of oil changes and receipts for oil and filters used is important. One is the OEM filter that has a check valve can only be replaced with a filter with the same feature. I went to Auto Zone today. The guy behind the counter said a 2009 Nissan Rogue used 5-20 oil when it was new and at 50,000 miles you should switch to 5-30. He added every 50,000 you should increase oil weight. The Nissan Rogue used 5-30 from the factory so he was wrong. Don't listen to everybody when you look for service info. Look at a reputable website or printed materials and you will be fine. I have a 16 DJ for less then a week and at 3000 miles I will buy a 1/2 case of Mopar cartridge filters.
  9. I will never believe oil will last longer than 3000 miles, I change the filter each time as well. There is also dust, hot weather and stop and go driving that effects oil life. I keep track of three cars at 3000 and my Harley at 5000. I always use synthetic oil and a top rated filter. Conventional oil is fine too but use the correct one. If you don't believe me regarding oil life at least use top rated filters.

    Hello all.

Thanks for the welcome. I like the idea of the blinking brake light. Have it on my Harley.
