I have a 2015 Journey, bought used about a year ago and the maps have never worked. Everything else seems to work just fine. I will try this and see if it works. Hopefully it does. Got it from my parents (my mom didn't even put 30,000 on it from when she got it at 20,000 miles) after my wife went deer hunting with er '16 Journey.
