B4ZINGA Posted January 14, 2015 Report Share Posted January 14, 2015 It's a sales code problem. Talk to Journeyman425. If your Journey is a 2011-2013 model year, he can add the code for you. Then you need to visit your dealer to have the system flashed and allow for them to work. That sales code was not included on US-spec vehicles since the US does not require it.
